‘Individual-Goal Combination’ Management Concept Wins National-Level Award Once Again

BEIJING, China – Dec. 18th, 2016 – The 5th Management Science Awards were hosted by the China Management Science Convention, with Haier’s management concept of ‘Innovation and Implementation through the Co-Creation of a Win-Win Ecosystem and Individual-Goal Combination’ receiving the ‘Comprehensive Practice Award’. Zhou Yunjie, President of Haier Group, was also honored with the ‘Management Science Talent Award’.
Zhang Guoyou, President of the China Management Science Society and former Vice President of Peking University, stated that Haier had been exploring new business models for the Internet age for quite some time, achieving remarkable success in the difficult process of disrupting traditional models of management.
